I found this on the 0509 branch mac os x build. Cannot be reproduced on my 0506
branch build.
1. install 0509 branch build on mac os x
2. cancel activation
3. you should got one brower window, close it. Close all the window
4. now click on File or any menu
expect result- some menu drop down so I can select a "File:New" menu item to
bring up a new brower window
actul result
only [Apple]/Netscape/[Keyboard] menu will drop down. other menu show in the
menu bar but when you click on it no menu drop down
