User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:55.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/55.0 Build ID: 20170909112443 Steps to reproduce: I'm using a calendar synced via CalDAV to a Horde backend server. The timezone "America/Sao Paulo" is ordinarily GTM-3, and when DST is active, it's GMT-2. This year, DST is active until February 18th. I try to create an event on a day when DST is still active, for example February 13th, starting at 9:00 am, and set the timezone to America/Sao Paulo. Actual results: The event is created starting at 10:00 am. Here's what stored in the backend (where the event times are stored in GMT along with the timezone): +-------------+-------------------+---------------------+ | event_title | event_timezone | event_start | +-------------+-------------------+---------------------+ | DST Test | America/Sao_Paulo | 2018-02-13 12:00:00 | +-------------+-------------------+---------------------+ If DST were not active, then 9:00 am local time would indeed be 12:00 pm GMT. But with DST active, as expected for that date, the GMT time should have been 11:00 am. Expected results: The proper offset for the timezone when DST is active should have been used, creating an event at 11:00 am GMT, which when converted back to local time is equivalent to the 9:00 am hour selected when creating the event. Note that the conversion from GMT to local time is correct: an event starting at GMT 12:00 pm starts at 10:00 am local time (when DST is active); it's the conversion to GMT when the event is sent that is wrong. If instead of a timezone I select "Local Time" when creating the event, everything works fine.

I might have the same problem. I created an event on October 31st at 8:00. Today, I'm on CEST (CET with DST). On October 31st, I will be on CET (no DST). When I sync my event, it shows up as starting at 7:00 in other calendars. When I correct it to 8:00 in another calendar and sync back, Lightning shows it as starting at 9:00.
My Lightning version is 6.2.2.1 on TB 60.2.1 (64bit).
Same problem here.
