RESOLVED DUPLICATE of bug 634233

Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:58.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/58.0
Build ID: 20180118215408

Steps to reproduce:

Downloaded Thunderbird from Mozilla.org website but website only downloads 32-bit not 64-bit. Should automatically download 64-bit Thunderbird if using 64-bit Windows.

Actual results:

64-bit Thunderbird should be available for 64-bit Windows users instead of defaulting to 32-bit.

Expected results:

Should say 64-bit in the about information instead says 32-bit and the version numbering scheme. I would appreciate a 64-bit Thunderbird client for 64-bit Windows I have no idea as to why it only shows 32-bit on the website. 32-bit is a Legacy version and should be the modern up-to-date 64-bit.
It's documented but there is no ETA. Until it comes, there is no risk of 32-bit not working fine on a 64-bit OS. (64-bit Thunderbird offers no funtional improvements)
