Details

The logout link is hidden in the menu for the Account icon. It is not intuitive that the icon or the word "Account" include logout. This is poor user interface design. Either place the logout link in the header bar or at the minimum change the label on the icon to "Account/Logout".
We already discussed this in another bug. It makes sense to put a logout link on the header if this was a banking site, but Bugzilla is not the case. Most people don't sign out. Having a logout link in the Account menu is not poor but *common* UI design these days. As I said before, if you'd like to log out every time, you can/should do it with one of the browser's privacy features.
