"disabled" is not displayed as a hyperlink in about:telemetry

Details
Device:
- Nexus 5 (Android 6.0.1);
- Huawei Media Pad M2 (Android 5.1.1);
- Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 (Android 5.1.1) - x86.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open FF and got to about:telemetry
Expected result:
The disabled text in "Telemetry is collecting release data and upload is disabled" should be displayed as a hyperlink.
Actual result:
The disabled text in "Telemetry is collecting release data and upload is disabled" is not displayed as a hyperlink.
Notes:
If you tab on disabled it does take you into Privacy settings.
