Details
The context menu should have site navigation items, but only if
the web page supports it.
This is useful for people who do not have the links bar visible
(it takes up vertical space) but wants to use it.
Perhaps something like this:
-----------------------
| Back |
| Forward |
| Reload |
| Stop |
| --------------------- | ------------
| Navigate This Site > | | Top |
| --------------------- | | Up |
| Bookmark This Page | | First |
| Save Page As | | Previous |
| Send Page | | Next |
| --------------------- | | Last |
| View Background Image | | ---------- |
| --------------------- | | Contents |
| View Page Source | | Index |
| View Page Info | ------------
-----------------------
The entire "Navigate This Site" submenu should disappear if the
loaded page does not support this feature.

I think there's quite enough stuff on the context menu as well... but this is a
valid request, confirming so that someone can make the call...
