I recently wrote a number of new tests files for the new enterprise policies component, and ended up copy&pasting the MPL template from the source files into the test files. But the usual is to license tests as CC0.
It is usual to do that, but unfortunately you can't just convert MPL tests to CC-0 without asking the authors (or checking they all work/worked for Mozilla at the time, in which case I can give permission on their behalf). So if you want to license these as CC-0, you need to use an SCM to make a list of all contributors to the files you copied out of, and see if they all worked for Mozilla at the time. If not, you need to track the rest down and ask for permission; if they did work for Mozilla or if everyone who didn't gives permission, you can relicense. Does that help? Gerv
I am the author of all these test files, and no one else has touched them yet. (When I said copied, I meant copied the license boilerplate. I didn't notice I used the MPL one instead of the CC-0)

Then that's fine. Relicense away :-) Gerv
