I spoke with @hmitsche on slack. He discovered that the auto vouching did not work for me, and was able to vouch for me manually. I'll close this issue.

This bug was fixed in a release back in July and all profiles created after that release get a vouch automatically. Regarding existing profiles that suffered from this bug, there is a PR [0] that adds a data migration to restore the missing vouches.

PR got merged and pushed to prod yesterday. I verified that the autovouch was successfully created.
