Pinned tabs do not restore after closing window or quitting Firefox.

Hi Jovita, I can't reproduce this on the latest Nightly: when I close the last Firefox window, then open a new one (or quit and re-launch), my pinned tabs load immediately. Some questions for you:

* Are you on Nightly, Beta, or Release?
* Does the tab spin endlessly when you start Firefox, do you need to explicitly switch to it for it to load, does it remain hung even after you switch to it, or something else?

Hi Kit, 

I am using Nightly, 60.0a1 (2018-01-29). When I quit Firefox, and reopen it, it'll just go straight to my homepage tab. There's no indication that there are pinned tabs at all.

Have you set firefox to restore tabs automatically (Preferences -> Startup) or are using history -> restore previous session? otherwise Firefox specifically doesnt restore your session, pinned tabs or normal tabs

Resolving invalid since it sounds like an incorrect assumption about how pinned tabs behaviour, if you are triggering history -> restore previous session if you could give us more information in order to reproduce that would be great, thanks

Issue was that pinned tabs wouldn't load automatically after closing the window and quitting Nightly. I have the restore previous session feature enabled. The pinned tabs automatically restored when closing and reopening Nightly. But if I had closed the window and then quit the application from the dock, then the pinned tabs wouldn't reappear.
