Details

There are duplicates in the XPInstall API.  For example, there is a FileExecute
and a Execute.  This should be resolved.

current functionalities are depending on it.
set M18 to finalize our APIs.

Note that these are not true duplicates: Install.execute() runs an executable 
inside the archive, File.execute() runs a file already installed on a user's 
disk.

Perhaps the names need changing, but they *are* different
I guess we'll end up leaving this the way it is.
