Uh, I guess it's been a while since I've landed a patch:
remote: A SSH connection has been established, your account (mitaylor@mozilla.com)
remote: was found in LDAP, and your account has been configured for Mercurial

remote: However, Mercurial access is currently disabled on your account.
remote: This commonly occurs due to account inactivity (you need to SSH
