1434293 - Move off deprecated Marionette preferences

The mochitest harness uses deprecated Marionette preferences.
Like with bug 1434219 we want to move it to use current preferences.

The marionette.logging preference has been deprecated for some time.
We will want to use the official marionette.log.level preference instead.

Supported preferences are listed in
testing/marionette/prefs/marionette.js.
