User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.132 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

Open PDfFile.

Actual results:

Does not show even close correctly.

Expected results:

Check the Screenshots.

File in case is not 100% valid (I think, haven't got proof tough, I am all ears if certain corruption/flaw in the file is found.)

In attached file there is 2017_102B_Problematic.pdf, pdf file which is not should properly, And screenshots taken from different PDF-applications so you can see the level of the problem.

Adobe acrobat can show the file correctly, even if the file might be not 100% correct. And after that various browsers have various problems while showing the file. Did not install any other viewers to verify on them.
