Details

There is at least one remaining case where the toolkit app update UI is used (OS X elevation) and there may be more. These should be implemented in the doorhanger or some other UI.
Bug 1434046 will be inlining code in the following file that can be removed when this bug is fixed. toolkit/mozapps/update/content/updates.xul

The old UI this bug is for will be removed in bug 1515484 so resolving this as wontfix
