access to firmware/driver updates and they will send a tech out next business day for hardware replacement, e.g. drives/CPU/memory/PSU/system board.

this will be a lot more critical once we move out of scl3 and into virginia/sacramento as we will be using a lot more remote hands support (i'll only be onsite once a quarter, so we'd need HPE to send a tech out if we want things solved in a timely manner).
