[Affected versions]:
- Nightly 59.0a1

[Affected Platforms]:
- All Windows
- All Linux

[Prerequisites]:
- Have the latest try build 59.0a1 from (2018-01-05) installed
- Accessibility tab is activated, but not enabled.
- Toolbox Options is displayed.

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Click on Accessibility tab from the tab strip.
2. Long click on the "Enable Accessibility Features" button and observe the behavior.

[Expected result]:
- The background of the button darkens a bit.

[Actual result]:
- The borders and the text of the button become blue.

[Notes]:
- The same issue also affects the "Disable" button.
- Attached is a gif of the issue.

Hey! Is this issue still active? It's a minor CSS fix, the borders are being assigned when the button is in focus instead of hover, that's the reason for the blue border on long click. I'd like to submit a patch.

Thanks for assigning. I'm working on this. It doesn't seem to be a windows specific issue though. I can see it on my linux machine as well.
