Details

The reports_bad table isn't used anymore. We should remove it. This bug covers that.
This is updated in the stored procedure in raw_sql/procs/001_update_reports_clean.sql. We need to update that, too.
Switching this to block a different bug since it's related to postgres crashstorage.
