Steps to reproduce:
Went to Settings>General>Home to hide bookmarks home panel
Actual results:
This also hides bookmarks button into 3 dots menu
Expected results:
Hide only bookmarks panel in the home, but in the 3 dots menu should stay.

Hiding also in the 3 dots menu looks no sense IMO
The setting tab is called "Home"... How can I log the enhancement?
