Details

Prerequisite:
1. About:sync addon installed
2. services.sync.engine.bookmarks.buffer is set to true

STR:

1. Sign in to sync account (~1000 bookmarks)
2. Sync doesn't start automatically with About:sync addon(known bug 1332698)
3. Trigger sync
4. Open browser console and enter Weave.Service.enabled = false to disable sync
5. Hoover over sync icon

Observations: On tooltip, last sync time shows wrong time.
