Details
Go to this URL and click on any thumb nail or screen shot link. When the window
opens it will flash, then close and reopen. it will keep flashing and closing
and opening untill you close the browser.

Always include the build ID in a bug report (i need a hotkey for this ..)
Do you block something in edit\preferences\advanced\scripts... ?

I removed the RC1 and installed RC2 and I have the same problem with it.

Can you please try an ew profile ?
run "mozilla -profilemanager" and create an additional test profile.

WinXP / 2002053012 / JRE 1.4.0-rc
WFM, also this bug was encountered using an old (3+ weeks) build of Mozilla, if
this bug persists using a current build, please get this bug reopened.
