Reword Open to Open in Currently opened tab.

Extending the wording around open, would make it more verbose and more difficult to understand quickly. Open is simple, and if you use it once, you'll then know exactly what it does.

I don't think we need to be more descriptive here.

Its counter-initiative for user that currently load tab getting converted to a link opened from bookmark library.Library window maybe in foreground and user(with low ability of visual leaning) mistakenly does ^"currently load tab getting converted to a link opened from bookmark library"

I think "Open" is a reasonable term, we haven't had complaints about it from our accessibility-focussed people. We're don't need to over complicate these menu options.
