From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.0rc2)
Gecko/20020510
BuildID: 2002051006

All of the options that are under the Edit - Prefferences - popup do not work.
I am unable to make any of the tree items expand using mozilla at all. This is
completly preventing me from configuring my browser. This bug has been on my
builds since rc 1. This has crippled us and forced us to remove mozilla and
take a step back to IE.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click edit from top menu
2.select preferences (the one at the bottom)
3.try to drop down any of the section headers such as composer, or mail...

Actual Results: nothing, no warning, no exception, nothing, just dead air.

Expected Results: They should pop down and expose that section so that I can
edit the settings under that section.
Are you just installing new builds over top of old builds or are you actually
clearing out the Mozilla directory first?
I've experienced the same problem under Windows 98 with both RC1 and RC2. I
installed one on top of the other, and RC1 on top of an older version.
When I do a fresh installation, having removed previous installations, I am able
to edit preferences.
