User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:58.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/58.0 Build ID: 20180128191252 Steps to reproduce: 1. I open the website https://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/stimme-der-hoffnung-t%C3%A4gliche-andacht/id1206941317?mt=2 and click on the button "View in iTunes" directly below the podcast image. 2. I confirm, that I want to open iTunes. 3. iTunes opened. Actual results: I get the error message "There was a temporary problem completing your request. An unknown error has occurred (11222). Please try again later." in iTunes. The podcast was not subscribed. If I remove the “ä” from the url in the page source code from the page https://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/stimme-der-hoffnung-tägliche-andacht/id1206941317?mt=2 with the Browser developer tools, the link is working fine. The podcast is displayed in iTunes. Looks like there is an encoding problem with the special character in Firefox together with iTunes on a Windows system. In Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge it is working fine. Expected results: The podcast should be displayed.
