User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; rv:58.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/58.0
Build ID: 20180128191252

Steps to reproduce:

1. From Windows 10 Settings -> Ease of Access -> Color & High-Contrast, choose the high-contrast black theme and click "Apply" there to apply it to the system.
2. Open Firefox.
3. Observe what colors do the Firefox toolbar, tabs bar and "Personalization" screen use.

Actual results:

The toolbar, the tabs bar and the "Personalization" screen use the colors from the Firefox theme and not the ones from the currently active high-contrast black theme, as it should be.

Expected results:

The toolbar, the tabs bar and the "Personalization" screen should use the colors from the currently active high-contrast theme in Windows and not from the Firefox theme as they do now.

Kostadin, could you please post a screenshot? Firefox does generally support High Contrast themes, so I'm not sure what you're seeing.

OK, I'll attach a few screenshots and explain them here by file names:
- 2018-05-04_15-11-14.png: Look at the toolbar and the tabs bar here. They should be with a black background. Instead, the background is gray, as it is set in the current Firefox theme.
- 2018-05-04_15-12-42.png: The same applies here for the background for the personalization panel - its background should be black, but it is gray, as it is set by the current Firefox theme. You can also see that the currently active theme is the default one, as shown in the "Themes" pop-up menu.
- 2018-05-04_15-14-27.png: Look how this is implemented in Microsoft Edge. The background for the toolbar and tabs bar is black as it is set in the current high-contrast black Windows theme. Exceptions are active controls (like the current tab), which use the color properties for text selection (black text and cian background for the current high-contrast black Windows theme).
