User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.140 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce: Sent an e-mail Actual results: The e-mail sent even though the .com was missing from the end. Expected results: I thought TB tells you if an e-mail isn't a full/legit e-mail. Also, I'm on 52.6.0, is that what branch 52 means? Thanks
Yes, 52.6 is the "52 branch". TB cannot and does not check the validity of an e-mail address. Your outgoing SMTP server will do that and reject the e-mail if it can't be delivered. This seems like a support case, please visit https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/products/thunderbird.
