There have been 32 failures in the last week. All the failures are occurring on linux64-qr / opt. Pretty sure the root cause here is the same as bug 1436200 so I'll park it with me for now.

In the last 7 days we have 44 failures. They occur on linux64-qr and the affected build type is opt.
