Steps to reproduce:
1: Navigate to Mozilla home page.
2: look top left corner of your screen.
3: hovering over on Mozilla Firefox icon.
Actual results:
UI Issue-Firefox Mozilla icon is Colorless, when hovering on the icon then it is colorful(Top left Corner of your screen).
Expected results:
The icon is looking colorless. it should be Colorful. there is no need to hovering on icon then it is looking colorful.

This was designed this way. The colourless icon indicates there is no onboarding tour messages.
