Device: Samsung Galaxy Note 4 (Android 5.0.1) Builds: Beta 59.0b7, RC 58.0.2 Steps to reproduce: 1. Go to talky.io or http://mozilla.github.com/webrtc-landing/gum_test.html and start the audio & video streaming. 2. Make sure that tabs are restored when closing the browser. Swipe to kill Fennec. 3. Reopen Fennec. Expected result: The page reloads and the user can start a new audio-video chat/stream. Actual result: The page doesn't load back, just the url. Can't load other pages in that tab either. Note: Not reproducing on Nightly 60.

Need to mention that the issue doesn't reproduce on other devices I've checked, like: Huawei Honor 5X (Android 5.1.1) LG G4 (Android 6.0)
