Reword "Open in a New Tab" to "Open in a New Tab Window" in right-click on bookmark(on bookmark bar) in private window.

Marking RESOLVED:WONTFIX. "Open in a New Tab" makes sense with the UX model that a new tab is opened in the current (private) window.
