We should know if and when data sets are missing or out of date.
Priority: -- → P1
I have working code for this, after a conversation with :jason I'm looking into getting it deployed to lambda so we can trigger it from airflow / cron / etc.
The code for this is done and deployed, moving the triggers / cron to airflow will be tracked in bug 1425939.
