1436686 - Update wording on 'Coming soon' release notes page

In bug 1431348 we added a "coming soon" page for unpublished release notes so as to avoid 404s and people filing bugs about it.

We now get the feedback that our wording is not clear (https://www.reddit.com/r/firefox/comments/7vysnr/why_does_firefox_update_5802_have_secret_release/). 

The current message we display is:

"The notes for this release are not yet publicly available, but are coming soon! Please check this page again later."

We should get a better wording, maybe one of those:

"We're still preparing the notes for this release, please check this page again later."

"We are putting the final touches to the notes for this release and they are coming soon!"

"The release notes are not published yet, but are coming soon! Please check this page again later."

I like Pascal's suggestion (with a slight modification): We're still preparing the notes for this release, and will post them here when they are ready. Please check back later.
