Steps to reproduce:

I read some docs about version control systems and found some typos in the reStructuredText syntax :
- http://mozilla-version-control-tools.readthedocs.io/en/latest//devguide/jenkins.html
- http://mozilla-version-control-tools.readthedocs.io/en/latest/hgmozilla/dag.html
- http://mozilla-version-control-tools.readthedocs.io/en/latest/mozreview/install-git.html.


Actual results:

The reStructuredText documents contains some typos :
- a whole sentence in italics with some ReST special characters not interpreted 
- a missing parenthesis in a sentence
- a duplicated word
- a block of code not highlighted.


Expected results:

- ReST special characters should be interpreted in the sentence in italics
- no missing parenthesis
- no duplicated words
- a block of code should be highlighted.
