From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.0rc2) Gecko/20020510 BuildID: 2002051006 On www.soccersim.com, I have an account and a Y-SoccerSim game. When I log in on the front page, I get another page with lots of links. Among them are a button named "Play", used to enter the specific game I'm in. If I log in and press this button quickly, I get to the front page of the actual game. Clicking anything after this gives me a "Your session has timed out - please go back to my home." error. If I wait just a few seconds (5-10) before hitting the "Play" button, I get the timeout error immediately when I click it, never entering the game page. Other factors: - Mozilla on Windows 2000 works fine. - IE on Win98 works fine. - This behaviour was introduced between 0.9.9 and RC1, it's still there in RC2 - I have completely removed Mozilla and reinstalled between RC1 and RC2 Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to http://www.soccersim.com 2. Log in with username/password 3. Start a game with the "Play" button Actual Results: Server returns "Your session has timed out - please go back to my home." Expected Results: Presented the front page of the game.
Which cookie settings do you use ?
I had "Enable cookies for the originating web site only". Changing it to "Enable all cookies" (which also was the setting in my Win2k setup) and deleting the stored cookies from www.soccersim.com solved the problem. Switching back to "originating web sites only" reintroduced the problem. I'm pretty sure I didn't change this between 0.9.9 and RC1, though... Anyway: It's not a bug, my bad :/
It's possible that they changed the page... Thanks for retesting ! -> wfm
