The following table regession test (based on a real url) is now crashing and the
text "failed to get the HTTP Proxy server" is in the stack. I think this has
happened since Friday.

could you repull mozilla/netwerk/protocol/http/src/nsHTTPHandler.cpp and try? If
its still there let me know (650.937.2187) I will fix it right away. Thanks!

I repulled mozilla/netwerk/protocol/http/src/nsHTTPHandler.cpp and wasn't sure
where to rebuild the lib or dll so I made in all super directories up to
mozilla/netwerk. It made no difference, and I'm still crashing.
