Looks like it got fixed by this merge: https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/pushloghtml?changeset=9eaebbcc33fd3824876db1b8b33750e997c02f7b

There is a merge to central directly before that which still had the failure, and no failure on autoland or inbound after the merges from central.
