Hi Jabba, can you please reset Milupo's LDAP password? The LDAP account is: milupo@sorbzilla.de Milupo does have access to this email address. Hope this makes things easy. Request triggered via bug 1436844. Best regards, Henrik

Thank you Justin. But: I can login by LDAP now but 2-step verification shows error message: Access Denied. The username you have entered cannot authenticate with Duo Security. Please contact your system administrator. Because I can log in to Github I tried to enablr two-step verfication there but it is possible to do it by mobile onmly. I have no mobile here. Why must this all be so complicated? I am a normal mozillian and not a very important person who needs body guards.
Hi Miluop, great to hear that your LDAP was unblocked. Mozilla requires you to set up MFA (multi-factor auth) on a Mozilla LDAP account. This policy has been in place for Staff LDAP accounts for a while and we enabled it for Volunteer LDAP accounts at the end of last year. Sorry to hear that you perceive this as a blocker to your contributor experience. I am sure you agree that security is important for you and the Mozilla Project and hope you accept to use MFA. Hi Henrik, LDAP is not unblocked. 2-step-verification keeps preventing me from logging in. Security is important but it must not block all. I have nothing against MFA but MFA have anything against me.
