User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:56.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/56.0 Build ID: 20171024165158 Steps to reproduce: Run Quantum and try out all themes described as compact. Actual results: None of them are truly compact. See the attached link for a picture of the Nautopolis theme running in Version 56 (incompatible in Quantum) and the default compact theme in Version 58. A significant amount of additional information can be placed using the Nautopolis theme. I've been told by various theme developers that the new API does not allow them to achieve results like this. If that is the case, something needs to be done to rectify that. I'd also like to see some vertical space come out of the Address Bar and tabs as well. I hope this can be done. Expected results: Allow more compact design.

Apparently in my initial report I left out the link to the image which shows the difference between the old and new themes. Here it is: http://smallthoughts.com/photos/misc/firefox_themes.jpg
