'Full bleed' image to be used in header section on irlpodcast.org MHam will provide that image file.

Ignore the first comment - if a need image is deemed necessary to promote more subscribers, great - the goal of this task is address the header section on the main irl page to drive an increase in subscriptions to the podcast
