Steps to reproduce:

* I went on Pontoon: https://pontoon.mozilla.org/
* I clicked on the button on the top left that says "English (en-GB)"
* I looked for "Chuvash" in the list of languages but did not find it.
* The list of languages that begins with C is: "catalan, chinese, chinyanja, crimean tatar, croatian, czech"


Actual results:

* I was not able to click on Chuvash to translate stuff into Chuvash


Expected results:

* There should be a button for Chuvash so I can translate stuff into Chuvash :)

Pontoon doesn't list all languages, only the ones that are enabled and have active projects.

We normally use this mailing list for new locales
https://lists.mozilla.org/listinfo/dev-l10n-new-locales

If you look at the archive, there's a very recent message about adding a new locale

Can you write to that mailing list detailing your request, and answering the questions asked in that email thread.
