Clicking on a link to a .asx file loads the url into the browser, and then
causes a number of problems. In IE5 the .asx is not loaded into the browser, it
just launches WMP and plays the video

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on the link called "Windows media video stream" in the above url

Actual Results:
1. WMP is launched and plays the video stream
2. The url (.asx file) loads into the browser, but the browser client area is
not refreshed, in fact, the client area is never repainted even when another
application moves in front of it and then moves away.
3. Clicking "back" reloads the original page, but the text in the location bar
text is not updated, so it still refers to the .asx file.
4. Clicking "refresh" (after "back") updates the location bar text.
5. But, clicking "refresh", without clicking "back" first, opens a new WMP and
plays the video.

Expected Results: Only (1) above should happen i.e. WMP should be launched to
play the video
