From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.0rc2) Gecko/20020510 BuildID: 2002051006 I am unable to login or logoff my broadband provider using Mozilla. The logoff window shows up when I want to log in. Currently using Netscape to login/logoff. Want to use Mozilla Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.home page = broadband.zoomtown.com 2.click on login/logoff in upper right hand corner 3.attempt to log in by logging off then logging in on the next screen Actual Results: Can move between screens to log in and off, buttons don't actually log me in or off. Expected Results: I should be able to log in and off
That hostname does not seem to allow connections... Please save the pages involved as "web page, complete", zip them up in separate zip files, and attach to this bug using http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?bugid=143807&action=enter
Attached file logoff window
This is the logoff window I get when trying to logon
Attached file logon window
This is the logon window. the logon button doesn't do anything except send me back to the logoff page. I am not logged into anything.
This is the main window for the provider. Clicking on the login/logoff button in the upper right corner takes me to the login and logoff windows.
So... the "logon window" archive has all the stuff linked from the HTML, but not the HTML itself...
Reporter (jgraves@one.net): please try this bug again using mozilla1.1 If this is no longer a problem, please resolve this bug WORKSFORME. If this is still a problem, please provide more information: * are cookies enabled * create a new profile and test with that. If this works, your old profile is probably bad * What sort of broadband login/logout are you trying to accomplish?
