Per Patrick Brosset:

> I spoke with Gabriel Luong who implemented the test back then. This is a test for a hidden feature in devtools that didn't make it (intern project that never got finished/prioritized). We should remove the code. So that means you can go ahead and skip the test or delete it.

I can remove the test easily enough, but it seems I should remove the code of whatever it's testing also. (Right?)

I'm not sure what that is. I found 1084525 where this test was added. Am I correct in think that 'creationTimestamp' is the thing to be removed, and just erase all references to that property?

Let's forward this to Gabriel directly as he knows this better than I do.
My suggestion: removing all of the promises actor code and associated tests. Gabriel, can you confirm that's easily technically possible and which files/code would need to be removed.
