[Affected versions]: - Nightly 60.0a1 [Affected Platforms]: - All Windows - All Linux - All Mac [Prerequisites]: - Have the latest try build 60.0a1 from (2018-02-13) installed. - Accessibility tab is enabled. [Steps to reproduce]: 1. Navigate to any website press the "F12" key and click the "Accessibility" tab 2. Click the "ON" button. 3. Click the "Enable Accessibility Features" button and observe the "states:" attribute from the "Properties" panel. [Expected result]: - The "states:" line is highlighted. OR - The "states:" line is not highlighted. [Actual result]: - Sometimes the "states:" line is highlighted. [Notes]: - This issue is reproducible using both mouse click and "Tab" + "Enter" keys. - This inconsistency was noticed on Amazon, Reddit, Twitter, and New Tab pages. - Attached is a gif with the issue.

Will be fixed with next try, flashing will only now happen for simple fields (not expandable ones like states, actions, etc). Also it will only happen when there's actually a change in the value. No flashing will happen when different accessibles are selected.
