Details

This is probably a residue from our out-dated localizability strategy.
Now, we plan to treat property files as *.dtd and place them under
locale/[locale-name] directories. Therefore, we do not need to embed
locale name in the filename anymore.

PLS bounce back to me if you'd like me to fix it. Let's check this in
today.

there's no way I can fix this today. If you can't do it today, feel free to

1. cvs add "imapMsgs.properties" to the same directory first.
2. change all the referencing URLS.
3. checkin  (commit changes)
4. cvs remove "imapMsgs_en-US.properties".

How does this sound?
