1438464 - Determine the fate of the /lightbeam pages

We have a couple of old orphaned pages for Lightbeam that have not been updated in a number of years and still feature the old site branding. They are not linked to from anywhere, and I'm not sure how much benefit they are providing currently.

The plugin itself still seems to be under active development, so I'd suggest we remove the mozorg pages and redirect to:

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/lightbeam/

We probably want to check with whomever is working on Lightbeam that they are ok with this first.

I'm setting needinfos to Chris and Francois, who may have opinions (or can refer us to someone who might) about maintaining or removing these two pages.

pdol says no one is maintaining that website and redirecting to Lightbeam's AMO entry makes sense.
