Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch Nightly 2. Go to about:preferences#search > Default Search Engine 3. Check off "Provide search suggestions" 4. Reload the page Actual results: In step 3, "Show search suggestions in address bar results" is unchecked. But, it is checked on in step 4. Expected results: "Show search suggestions in address bar results" is unchecked when it is disabled.
