Addons Manager / Extensions is missing all options buttons.

XUL (Preference) dialogs are displayed in a "broken" way: no window backgrounds, no caption bars, no visible window controls. Preferences panes are also displayed in a weird way, and the default font is too big.

Example: QuickFolders Options dialog (modeless). The dialog can be closed using Alt+F4, but has no title bar and is truncated. The prefpane elements seem to be vertically aligned instead of horizontally (header hbox area to the left instead above).

The broken dialogs can be reproduced at least with SmartTemplate4, quickFilters, SmartTemplate4 and MenuOnTop. Overlays on existing XUL dialogs (filter list) still work as expected.

Add-on options can no longer be configured from the Add-on Manager page. A new menu item "Add-on Options" is now available on the Tools menu.
