2 POP Accounts: the one set as standard is minimized in the tree

2 POP Accounts:

When starting Mail, the POP-account set as standard is minimized in the tree and
the folder sign is 'minus'. Folder sign should be 'plus' because the account
contains different folders.

Why is the standard POP-account Folder not opened?

Should be opened as the 2nd POP-accound and the local folder.

Future feature?: possibility to choose the folder which should be displayed as
standard when starting mail (for instance inbox)
Klicking on the 'minus' symbol shows the folders. After opening the folder the
plus/minus status of the folder is o.k.
This is now a feature of mozilla mail. Suggest you try this with a modern build
and see what happens. This was fixed long ago.
