Running Matt's test case with many inactive layers, I get rendering artifacts all over the browser when using WebRender.

I'm assuming this is Windows 10; I don't see any issues on Dell XPS (Win 10, Nvidia)
Debian Testing (KDE, Radeon RX480). Same with a fresh profile. https://mozilla.logbot.info/gfx/20180210#c14276985

There's more artifacts on the page itself for me, but I'm guessing it's the same rootcause, and yes, this is on Win10.
Maybe this is the same problem as bug 1439059?
My tab titles disappear when switching from this page.
Same here - chrome disappears when running this.

comment 2 was fixed by bug 1461342, but I didn't comment. Plus it's fine with proprietary GTX 1060 on Debian Testing.
Ok, sounds like we can close this. Bas, feel free reopen if you're still seeing issues.
