I'd like to make some changes to the list of operators in #fx-team but even as operator I apparently don't have the permissions to do that. Apparently the current founder is beltzner who hasn't been active in the Mozilla community for many years, he is currently logged into IRC but hasn't said anything in nearly two years and is not responding to messages. Can you mark me as channel founder so I have full access to the channel in chanserv?

Is it possible to also remove beltzner's founder status on the channel? Since he is no longer around it would make sense to de-op him.
